A luxurious condominium was designed for the high street of Canada as part of a year-long study project.

Situated on Bloor Street and adjacent to the ROM, Cultura's design aims to capture the quintessential essence of the Toronto spirit. Inspired by the mosaic eclecticism of the city’s culture, the building’s form is a landmark that represents the pushing and pulling of the city’s multicultural dynamism.

Such dynamism is manifested in the idea of Cultura's  ‘Extruding Rooms’ - dwelling rooms that cantilever 2 to 3 meters off the north and south facades - that ultimately provide its residences with the most exquisite views of the downtown cityscape.

Additionally, Cultura has many other design elements that sets it apart as a luxury condo. They are:

  • Valet parking service for residences via a Parking elevator;

  • Direct passenger elevator to residential unit access from the ground floor lobby;

  • 2150-2700 SF two-bedroom units across 18 floors + one 4,400 SF three-bedroom Penthouse unit;

  • 10 ft ceilings for all residential units; 12 ft ceilings for all office floors at podium;

  • Unobstructed north and south views from Bloor Street, towards uptown and downtown Toronto;

  • Luxurious finishes such as Carrara marble and Walnut for countertops and other millwork;

Furthermore, a lifestyle of Wellness and a high quality of life is tied to the marketing of Cultura. These features include:

  • 4,260 SF of amenities, including: outdoor terraces; a kitchen; a multipurpose room; and a gym;

  • High ceilings with unobstructed daylight;

  • A high efficiency HVAC system with MERV 8 filters that brings clean air into each residential unit;

  • A well insulated rainscreen east facade that elevates thermal comfort for residential units;

  • Access to various transit options; such as bike sharing and Lines 1 & 2 on the TTC subway

  • Walkability and access to several cultural hotspots in Toronto, such as Yorkville, the ROM, the Gardiner Museum, University of Toronto, and more;
